Covid-19

We will keep you up to date on changes affected by Covid-19.

We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping may take longer but your order will reach you.

Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Shipping

If you are from Canada or shipping to Canada you should not be charged for shipping. If it shows a shipping cost at checkout please contact us at bluenorthco@gmail.com and we will fix the issue. If you placed the order and were charged a shipping cost please contact us at bluenorthco@gmail.com for a refund.

We only provide a packing slip. The packing slip will not show any prices on the items that were shipped in the box, just what the box contains.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order depending on what you ordered, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and what you are purchasing, but can be estimated as follows: 

Products fulfilled and shipped in Canada will be delivered in 2-4 business days.

Products fulfilled and shipped in the US will be delivered in 3-4 business days.

International orders will be delivered in 5-20 business days

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at bluenorthco@gmail.com.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. The phone number that is included in the shipping details will be called to process payment.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at bluenorthco@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

If you live in Canada your order will be fulfilled and shipped out of the Ontario facility. Please note that the Ontario facility is new and doesn't have a full product stock. If you order something that the Ontario facility does not stock it will be fulfilled and shipped from the US.

Most of the time yes but some products have to shipped separately due to packaging differences or the item is only fulfilled at a certain location.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at bluenorthco@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

We hope to answer all your questions regarding returns. If you have further questions, please contact us at bluenorthco@gmail.com

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at bluenorthco@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at bluenorthco@gmail.com! Please read full return policy here.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at bluenorthco@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

All of our products that we sell are ethically-made: sweatshop-free manufacturing and follow labour, environmental and safety standards.

Each product you order is made just for you! Instead of us purchasing bulk orders to save money like traditional shopping chains, we partner with a print-on-demand company which allows us to avoid waste from overproduction.

All our apparel are ethically and responsibly made at a W.R.A.P. certified  manufacture that focuses on water reduction, energy reduction and virtually zero waste.

All our clothes are printed with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method which use inks that are:
- Eco-friendly
- CPSIA-compliant
- Non-toxic
- Non-hazardous
- Soluble in water
- Free from heavy metals formaldehyde and Alkylphenold Ethoxylates (APE)
- Disposed properly without harming the environment

All our clothes are ethically and responsibly made which are W.R.A.P. certified. They are made by a company that focuses on water reduction, energy reduction and virtually zero waste.
- They use 7x less water than most clothing manufacturers allowing them to save 24 million gallons per week. 
- Strive to lower their co2 emissions by using solar energy, motion-sensor LED lighting, and skylights throughout their buildings. 
- Hate waste which is why they try to recycle everything that they can’t use and have enhanced their process to reduce plastic use, and excess fabric is used for other smaller items.

When viewing a t-shirt on our website, scroll down and you will see a size guide which includes t-shirt measurements! It's best to measure one of your t-shirts at home that you like the fit of and compare with the measurements you see in this guide to make sure you order the correct size.

All tees are unisex:
Men: fitted fit - size up for a more relaxed fit or true to your regular size
Women: size down for a fitted fit
